Forms

These are all of the Form cards currently playable in a game of Boundless TCG.

Form cards are the cards with RED borders. They also have a card type tag above their name plate as a reminder. Forms have Levels that are noted by the red energy orbs beside their PWR bar. The amount of orbs in this area determines the Level of the Form (ex. "Emeraldefender Golem" has 1 red energy orb beside its PWR bar, meaning its Level is 1). If there are no red energy orbs beside a Form's PWR bar, that Form is Level 0.

Level 0 Forms can be played any number of times in a turn, but Forms with a Level of 1 or higher must receive a "sacrifice" in order to be played. A "sacrifice" is taking a Form that is on a Form Zone and placing it into the Drop Zone. The player must declare that this is their reasoning for moving the Form card. To sacrifice for a Level 1 or higher Form, the sacrificed card MUST be of equal or lower Level than the Form attempting to be played. The Level of the sacrificed CANNOT be higher than the Level of the Form attempting to be played.

Some Forms have effects. In order to activate their effects, Forms MUST be Spiritualized (have a Spirit card underneath it), unless that effect contains the [INDEPENDENT] or [AUTO] effect timing indicator before it. CONT effects do not activate, but instead are always active regardless of Spiritualization status (whether or not a card is Spiritualized).
